Athletes will have 12 minutes to find a 3RM Front Squat with a pause

2 x 3 w/a pause @ 80% of the daily 3RM
4 Rounds for time:
15 Ball slams (50/30)
12 Deadlifts (225/155)
9 Toes to bar
*Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
There will be a 16 minute cap on today's metcon.
