Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:
2 Snatch deadlifts (w/o extension) + 1 Hang snatch (above the knee)
2 Rounds for time
150 Double unders
50 American KB swings (24/16)
30 Pause Handstand push-ups
-REST 4 minutes before starting Round 2. Round 2 will start with HSPUs and work back up to the double unders.
Each HSPU will have a 1 second pause at the lock out position to reinforce the standards that will be seen in the CF Open.
