Clean Complex: Deadlift + Hang
Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:
2 Clean Deadlifts (w/o extension) + 1 Hang Clean (above the knee)
5 Rounds for time
10 Wallballs (20/14)
10 Burpees to a 6" target
*There will be a 10 minute cap on today's metcon.
