Clean Complex: Deadlift + Hang Clean
Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:
2 Clean deadlifts (w/o extension) + 2 Hang cleans (from above the knee)
Every minute on the minute for 14 minutes, alternate between:
EVEN - 6-12 Strict pull-ups
ODD - 9-15 Strict pause push-ups*
*Pause for two seconds at the top of each push-up rep.
