Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:
4 x 4 @ a moderate weight
*The focus today is to work on position and moderate loading.
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
7 Hang power snatches @ (95/65)
*Athletes may increase the loading of the snatches to 115/85# however the
reps for BOTH snatches and HSPU will increase to 8 each.
