Clean Complex

Athletes will have 12 minutes to build to a heavy single in today’s clean
complex:

1 Clean + 2 Hang cleans

If athletes reach their heavy single before the day, they should drop to 80% and complete down sets.

Athletes will start with push jerks in round 1, and end with push jerks in
round 2!

21 Push jerks (115/85)
42 Wall balls (20/14)

- Rest 2 minutes between rounds -

*Athletes may increase the weight of the push jerks to (135/95) if their coach
agrees
