Back Squat

Athletes will have 14 minutes to complete the following: 

4 sets of 3 reps at 80%.

If athletes are unsure about what weight to use, they should gauge their weight
as a 8 or 9 on a scale of 1 to 10.

*Athletes may increase the time cap to (115/85) if their coach agrees
