AMRAP 11: Wallballs + DB Snatches

Front squat

Athletes will have 14 minutes to complete the following: 

4 sets of 3 reps at 80%.

*If athletes are unsure about what weight to use, they should gauge their weight
as a 8 or 9 on a scale of 1 to 10.

WOD

11 minute AMRAP

7 Wall balls (20/14)
3  DB snatches @ heavy
14 Wall balls
3 DB snatches
21 Wall balls
3 DB snatches
28 Wall balls
3 DB snatches
36 Wall balls

*Athletes will continue adding 7 reps to the wall balls each round until the 11 minutes is
complete!


**DB snatches are not alternating!!
