AMRAP 9: Snatches + Planks + Lunges

Front Squat

Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:

3 sets of 6 reps at 75%.

*If athletes are unsure about what weight to use, they should gauge their weight as a 7 or 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.

6 Power snatches (95/65)
:30 High plank hold
20 Alternating lunges @ BW

*Athletes may increase the loading of the snatches to (115/85) if their coach
agrees
