Front Squat

Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:

4 sets of 4 reps at 80%.

**If athletes are unsure about what weight to use, they should gauge their weight as a 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.


Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes:
(OR alternating complete rounds with a partner)

5 Snatch @ moderate **
7 Toes to bar

*Athletes should increase weights in the snatch each interval ending with a moderately heavy set of 5 singles
