Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:
4 sets of 3 reps at 85%.
*If athletes are unsure about what weight to use, they should gauge their weight as a 9 on a scale of 1 to 10.

**Single arm push jerks are only completed on one arm per round. Alternate
arms every round. Athletes should choose a weight that will be challenging,
but will also allow them to complete UB sets.
