*Athletes will alternate complete rounds until each person has completed 5
**Athletes should choose a weight that is challenging,
however, will allow them to maintain the "touch and go" aspect of the workout.
Our recommendation is (155/115), but athletes may go heavier if their
coach agrees! Partners may have different weights!
