Back Squat

Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:

4 sets of 4 reps at a moderate weight.

*This is a deload week, so athletes should base their reps and sets on feel.


Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, alternate between:

EVEN: 15 Wall balls (20/14)
ODD: 15 Burpees

*Athletes may make the workout more difficult by increasing the reps of the wall balls and burpees to 18.
