Front Squat

Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following: 

4 sets of 4 reps at a moderate weight.

*This week is a deload week so athletes should base their reps and sets on feel.

18 ab mat sit-ups
12 Alternating DB snatches @ heavy
8-12 UB Pull ups* 

*Athletes who may increase the difficulty of the pull ups and complete 6 BMU if their coach agrees.
