Front Squat

Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:

3 sets of 6 reps at 80%.

*Belts and shoes are allowed. Take time between sets!

3 Rounds For Time:

12 Burpees @ Max effort
12 Calorie row @ Max effort
12 Thrusters (95/65)

*Athletes will alternate full rounds until each person has completed 3 rounds.

*20 minute time cap!!
