11 Slam balls (50/30)**
12 Thrusters

*30 minute time cap!

**This is the "advanced level" workout. There are 3 different levels. The intermediate level has the barbell weight of (95/65). The scaled level has a barbell weight of (75/55) and different movements to substitute for HSPU, Pull-ups and Box jumps.
