3RFE: Dubs + Deadlifts + Pull-ups

 DB Bench press

Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:

3 sets of 8 reps at a moderate weight.

*The focus should be tempo and control with A BRIEF PAUSE AT THE TOP. Do not max out!!


3 Rounds for Effort:

35 Double unders
9 Deadlifts (155/115)*
12 Pull ups

- Rest 2 minutes between rounds -

**Athletes may increase he weight of the deadlift to (185/135) if their coach agrees.

**13 minute time cap!!
