Partner Workout: Wallballs + Thrusters


Athletes will have 14 minutes to build to a daily 1RM snatch.

*Athletes should focus on all the technique work we have been doing in class and only increase weight if your technique is perfect!

14 minute AMRAP:

21 Wall balls (20/14)
9 Thrusters (95/65)

**Athletes will alternate full rounds for the entire 14 minutes OR until each
athlete has completed 4 full rounds each.
