Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:

*Athletes will continue increasing the pull up reps by 3 for the remainder of the 11 minutes

3 Pull ups
6 Pull ups
9 Pull ups
**12 Pull ups
**Athletes may increase the weight of the cluster to (155/115) if their coach
