Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:
2 Clean deadlifts (w/o extention) + 2 Hang cleans (above the knee)
*weight should only increase if all portions of the lifts look good, focus on technique and be patient.
Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes, alternate between:
EVEN- 12 DB snatches @ a moderate weight
ODD - :30 static ring/matador/box hold
