DB Box Step-ups
Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete:
3x10 DB box step-ups @ a moderate weight
*Athletes should focus on consistent leg drive and a controlled descend.
Every minute on the minute, for 15 minutes:
Minute 1: 6-12 Pull ups
Minute 2: 6-9 Power snatches (95/65)
Minute 3: 6 Burpee box jump overs
