Alternate every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes

0-2 minutes: 7 Clean and jerks (115/75)
2-4 minutes: 20/15 Calorie row

*Athletes will be permitted to use (135/95) if they are able to complete all clean and jerks unbroken or close to unbroken.
