Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:
Snatch deadlift (w/o extension) + Power snatch x 2
*Athletes may reset between reps to ensure good position
9 minute AMRAP
9 Strict dips
12 Russian KB swings (24/16)
21 Air squats
*Athletes may increase the weight on the KB swings to (32/24) if their coach agrees.
