Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:
2 tempo clean deadlifts (w/o extension) + 1 Hang clean (above the knee)
12 minute AMRAP
7 Ball slams (50/30)
14 Lunges holding the slam ball, alternating legs
7 Box jumps (24/20)
*Athletes will alternate complete rounds with their partner and try to complete as many rounds as possible together in the 12 minutes.
