*Reminder: this workout only applies to the 5:15 am, 6:10 am and Noon classes. We will run the Crossfit Open workout starting at 5 pm - 8 pm.


Skill: Handstand Pushups

Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on continual development in strong and efficient HSPU.

*Coaches will give athletes who have a high proficiency in HSPU specific goals to work on for 12 minutes.
