Clean Complex

Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on today's clean complex:

Clean deadlift (w/o extension) + clean x 2

*Athletes may reset between reps to ensure good position and weights should only increase if all portions of the lift looks good.

*Split reps equally between partners - you can choose how to alternate
