Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:
Clean deadlift (w/o extension) + Power clean x 2
*Athletes may reset between reps to ensure good position and weights should only increase if all portions of the lift look good.
Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes, alternate between:
Minute 1: 5 Deadlifts (275/185)
Minute 2: 12 Box jump overs (24/20)
Minute 3: :40 Hollow hold
