AMRAP 14: Burpees, Pull-Ups, KB Swings

Front Squat

Athletes will have 14 minutes to find a daily 2RM front squat.

2 x 2 @ 80% of 2RM

*If athletes are feeling good, they should aim to lift 5-10# heavier than last week.


14 minute AMRAP

30 Burpees
20 Pull ups
10 American KB swings (24/16kg)

- Rest 1 minute after every 60 reps completed -

*After completing the swings, continue the workout in reverse order. If you finish the second set of burpees, rest 1 minute and continue the workout starting with a third set of burpees.
