Partner Workout: Slam THIS! Hold THAT!

Snatch Complex

Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following snatch complex:

Snatch deadlift (w/o extension) + power snatch x 2

*Athletes may reset between reps to ensure good position, focus on technique and be patient.


2 Rounds for time

50 Ball slams (50/30)
Accumulate 5 minutes in front rack hold (115/95)
100 Alternating slam ball reverse lunges (50/30)

- Rest 2 minutes -

*Partition reps equally between partners

25 minute time cap!!
