Snatch Complex

Athletes will have 12 minutes to find a heavy single in the following snatch complex:

Snatch deadlift (w/o extension) + Snatch

*Weights should only increase if technique is sound in both components of the movement.


20 minute AMRAP

Partners will alternate full rounds, in a you go I go fashion, of the following:

5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Squats
