Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following:
Clean deadlift (w/o extension) + 2 power cleans
*Athletes can reset between reps to ensure good positioning. Weight should only increase if all portions of the lift look good.
In a you go, I go fashion, partners will alternate for 10 minutes:
6 Front rack reverse lunges (115/75)
8 Box jump overs (24"/20”)
