Athletes will have 14 minutes to work on the following snatch complex:
Snatch pull + snatch + hang snatch pull + hang snatch
*The emphasis over the next few weeks is the pull, so athletes should focus on consistent technique.

*Athletes will need a partner and must partition reps equally:
100 Wall balls (20/14)
50 Push jerks (115/85)
20 minute time cap!
