Athletes will have 14 minutes to find a daily 3RM.

2 x 2 downsets @ 80%

*Weightlifting shoes and weight belts permitted.


Every minute on the minute, for 12 minutes alternate between:

EVEN - 7 Clean and jerks (115/95)
ODD - 7 to 10 Strict dips (matador/rings/box)

*Athletes should try and go unbroken on the clean and jerks, please pick your weight accordingly.
