Athletes will have 14 minutes to find a heavy single in the following complex: Snatch Pull + Snatch

400 Meter run
60 Alternating DB snatches (60/40)
60 Wall balls (20/14)

*Partners will both complete the 400m run together, and split the reps of snatches and wall balls equally.
