Skill: Handstand Walking

Athletes will work for 15 minutes on handstand walking and handstand walk progressions.

400 Meter run
15 Knees to elbow
12 Pause OHS (75/55)

*Athletes may increase the loading of the OHS squat to (95/65) if their coach agrees. They must maintain the integrity of the squat and pause for 1 second in the bottom even with increased loading.
