Snatch Complex

Athletes will have 14 minutes to work on the following snatch complex:

1 Snatch pull + 1 power snatch + 1 hang snatch pull + 1 hang power snatch

*The emphasis over the next few weeks will be the pull, so athletes should focus on consistent technique and perfect form!


6 rounds for time
Partners will alternate rounds, completing 6 rounds each!

7 Thrusters (95/65)
7 Slam Balls (50/30)
7 Pull ups
