Athletes will have 12 minutes to find a heavy single in today's snatch complex:
Tempo snatch deadlift from the hang + hang snatch x 2
*The focus today will be on a TEMPO lower and a STRONG position. Athletes may increase weight as long a the positions and tempo are solid.
12 minute AMRAP with a partner:
3 Power cleans (135/95)
6 Push ups
9 Air squats
*Partners will alternate full rounds in a you go, I go fashion.
