Skill: Bar Muscle-Ups
Athletes will spend 14 minutes working with a coach on Bar Muscle-Up progressions.
Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes
2 to 5 Bar muscle ups*
50 Double Unders
10 DB Burpee box step overs (24/20)
*If you cannot perform bar muscle-ups, you will perform the scaled movement your coach provides for you.
