Partner Workout: Thrusters + Burpees + Slam Balls

Snatch Complex

Athletes will have 12 minutes to find a heavy single in today's snatch complex:

Snatch deadlift w/o extension (tempo to hang position) + hang power snatch (1+2)

*The focus for today will be on a TEMPO while lowering the barbell to our hang position.


For time:
(Partners will partition the work equally)

50 Thrusters (95/65)
60 Burpees to a 6" target
70 Slam balls (50/30)

- Rest 2 minutes than work back up the ladder -

22 minute time cap!!
