Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on moderate sets of 4 in the push press (do not find a 4RM!!)
*The focus is a strong drive and stable lockout.
Complete every 3 minutes for 18 minutes
0:00 to 3:00: 400 meter run around the block
3:00 to 6:00: 60 Double unders + 21 Slam balls (50/30)
*Athletes will alternate between running and the double under/slam ball couplet every 3 minutes.
