Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete 5 sets of 2 snatches at 75% of their 1RM.
*All working sets should be completed at the same weight!! These are not touch and go reps.
Every minute on the minute for 14 minutes, alternate between:
EVEN - 7 to 10 HSPU
ODD - 12 Alternating front rack reverse lunges (135/95)
