Power Clean EMOM

Athletes will complete 2 power cleans every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.

*Athletes should start the EMOM at a moderate weight and climb from there. No misses!

Partners will alternate complete rounds

36 Double unders
18 Wall balls
9 Single arm DB thrusters @ moderate weight

*Athletes will complete all 9 thrusters on one arm, then tag their partner in for the next round.
