Front Squat

Athletes will have 14 minute to complete the following:

5 x 3 front squats @ 80%

*This should be a 5 to 15# increase from last week depending on your 1RM. Belts and shoes are permitted!


Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes

12 Burpees
8 UB clean and jerks (95/65#)

*Clean and jerk reps increase by 2 each round!!
*Athletes may increase the weight to (115/85) if their coach agrees!
