Clean EMOM

Athletes will complete the following clean complex every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

1 Clean pull + 2 cleans

*Athletes should start at a moderate weight and focus on technique. Weights can increase if technique looks solid!

In a you go, I go fashion partners will Partition the following work:

400 meter run (partners will run together)
50 Wall balls (20/14)
30 Hang power cleans (135/95)

21 minute time cap!!
