Midline Work

Athletes will work through a 4 round super set aimed at helping develop the necessary midline strength to complete gymnastic movements.

1A.  Banded PVC hollow hold x :45
1B.  Plank on the rings x :45
1C.  Banded PVC Superman hold x :45


**Partners will alternate rounds in a you go, I go fashion until they complete 4 rounds each.

8 Rounds For Time:

6 Strict chin ups
9 Pause HR push ups
12 Front squats (135/95)

*20 minute time cap!!
