Strength:  Healthy Shoulders Complex

Athletes will work for 15 minutes completing 3 rounds of today’s healthy shoulders complex.

1A.  SA OH Farmer’s carry 3 x 50 meters per @ moderate +5# from last week
1B.  Supinated banded PVC rows 3 x 15 with a 1 second pause

*The goal is a +5 to 10# increase in weights, and added tension on the bands.
