EMOM 12: Deadlifts + HSPU

Front Squat

Athletes will have 15 minutes to complete the following:

3 x 3 @ 85% of their 1RM.

*Athletes should focus on leg drive and maintaining a strong back angle. Belts and shoes may be used for all sets.

WOD

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes, alternate between: 

EVEN - 6 Deadlift (185/135)
ODD - 6 Strict HSPU

*Athletes may increase the weight of the deadlift to (225/155) if their coach
agrees.
