Partner Workout: Running + Deadlifts + OH Holds

Clean and Jerk Complex

Athletes will have 12 minutes to build to a 1RM in the following complex:

1 Clean + 2 Power jerks

*Athletes should focus on their technique, and are NOT allowed to drop the barbell between jerks.

WOD

With a partner, complete 3 rounds each for time

Athlete 1 - Run 400m
Athlete 2 - 12 Deadlifts (155/115) + 0:60 OH DB hold @ moderate weight

*One complete round = 400m + DLs + OH hold for BOTH athletes.
