Athletes will have 14 minutes to build to a daily 5RM.

2 x 5 @ 80%.
*Athletes should use a double overhand grip, no straps or hookgrip allowed.
Every minute on the minute for 14 minutes, alternate between:
EVEN - 14 Slam balls (50/30)
ODD - :40 High plank hold (straight arms)
