AMRAP 11: Hang cleans, HSPU and Running

Athletes will have 14 minutes to complete the following:

4 x 5 @ a moderate weight, with a 2 second descent.

Athletes that did not squat last week, should aim for ~60%. Those that did should make a 5-10# jump on weight.
