Tempo Front Squat to parallel
Athletes will have 14 minutes to complete the following:
4 x 5 @ a moderate weight, with a 2 second descent.
Athletes that did not squat last week, should aim for ~60%. Those that did should make a 5-10# jump on weight.
11 minute AMRAP
6 Hang cleans (135/95)
200 Meter run
*Athletes may perform STRICT HSPU if their coach agrees but must stay with strict throughout the entire 11 minutes.
